Thank you to the volunteers who helped make this all possible and to the 50 competitors who put their all into the race!
We’re already looking ahead to next year and can’t wait to do it all again. Stay tuned for more details as they become available. Our tentative dates for next year’s event are March 15–19, 2027, with full confirmation to come closer to the time.

HISTORY
What is the Red Rock Cup?
The Red Rock Cup is an annual long-distance skating race held on the natural ice of Lake Superior near Red Rock, Ontario. Inspired by historic endurance skating traditions, the event brings together community, outdoor adventure, and winter culture in a uniquely Northern Ontario setting.

TRACK/RINK PROGRESS

The rink and first 10km of the track were made on February 8th, with the first flood taking place on February 9th.
